Delete your account and product data.

Habit Tracker Mobile provides deletion inside the app. You must be signed in and may need to verify your identity again before deletion can finish.

1. Open Habit Tracker Mobile and sign in.
2. Open Settings and select Delete account.
3. Type DELETE, complete any identity verification requested, and confirm.

If you cannot access the app or your account, contact Ventryn from the email address associated with the account. Never send a password.

Deletion removes the active Firebase Authentication account and active Firestore product data. Deleted data can remain in protected point-in-time recovery for up to 7 days and scheduled backups for up to 14 weeks, then expires under those bounded retention policies. Backups are used only for disaster recovery.
