Terms for using Habit Tracker Mobile.

These product terms apply to Habit Tracker Mobile. The app is currently in active redevelopment and is not yet publicly available through an app store.

Your account and acceptable use

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, abuse automated or AI features, or access another person's information.

Your content

You keep ownership of the habit information and other content you create. You allow Ventryn to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve Habit Tracker Mobile.

Suggestions are not professional advice

Habit and AI-generated suggestions are general organizational ideas, not medical, mental-health, legal, or other professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether a routine is safe and appropriate for you.

Availability and changes

Features can change while the product is being prepared for release. Ventryn may suspend access needed to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or maintain the service. Material public terms or privacy changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.

Account closure and service limits

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and Ventryn's responsibility is limited by applicable law.
